Questions
How does the free week work?
Every account gets all of Pro for its first 7 days, counted from sign-up, with no card and nothing to cancel. After that, the strategy and everything else in Pro asks you to subscribe. Subscribing is billed at once (on the web or in the iPhone app) and renews automatically until you cancel.
How do I cancel or switch plans?
On the web: Account → Manage billing. If you subscribed in the iPhone app: Settings → your name → Subscriptions. You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for.
Does one subscription cover the web and iPhone?
Yes. Pro belongs to your account, however you bought it. Sign in with the same account on both.
Refunds?
App Store purchases are refunded by Apple. For web purchases, see the Terms, or write to support@REPLACE_ME.
