Privacy Policy

Daily Strategy is made by PhantaField, Inc. (“we”). It reads the news that matters to you against your profile and writes one strategy a day. To do that it has to know something about you. This page says what, why, and how to make it forget.
What we keep
- Your account: your email address. If you sign in with Apple on iPhone, the address Apple shares with us, which may be a private relay address.
- Your profile: the name, email and time zone you give when you start; public web pages about the person you confirm is you; what an AI agent you connect sends us about you (your story, mission and plans); and anything you add by hand.
- Your reading: the stories gathered for you, which ones you open, the sources you follow, the strategies written for you and what you said about them, and your language.
- Your devices: a push token for each iPhone where you turn notifications on.
- Your subscription: its plan, status and renewal date, as Apple or Stripe report them. Card and bank details stay with Apple or Stripe; we never see them.
What we do with it
Only what you came for: write and rebuild your profile, gather and summarize your news, write your strategy, send the morning email and push you have on, and run your subscription. We do not sell your data, show ads, or use analytics or tracking in the app.
Who helps us
These providers process data for us, each only for its part of the work:
- Supabase: the database and sign-in.
- Render and Vercel: hosting for the service and this website.
- AI model providers, reached through OpenRouter: your profile and your news are sent to them to write summaries, profiles and strategies.
- A web search provider: your name at the start, and search terms for your news.
- Resend: the morning email.
- Stripe: payments on the web. Apple: payments and push notifications on iPhone.
How long, and how to delete it
We keep your data while your account exists. In the app, Account → Delete my data deletes your account: your profile, your agents, your feed, your strategies and your sign-in, at once. A subscription bought on the web is cancelled with it; one bought on iPhone can only be cancelled with Apple, so cancel it first (see the Terms).
Your choices
You can turn the morning email off in Account and notifications off on your iPhone, change your language, disconnect an agent by connecting it again (the old link stops working), and delete your data whenever you like. You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you.
Children
Daily Strategy is made for working professionals and is not directed at anyone under 16.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will say so in the app or by email before it applies.
