Daily Strategy

Terms of Use

These terms are between you and PhantaField, Inc. (“we”), which makes Daily Strategy, on the web and in the iPhone app. By using Daily Strategy you agree to them. If you use the iPhone app, Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies too, and these terms add to it.

1. Your account

You sign in with your email address (or with Apple on iPhone). The account is for one person. Keep access to your email secure: anyone who can read it can sign in.

2. Free use

Without a subscription you can build your profile, connect your agents, and get one strategy in any seven days. Everything else is Pro.

3. Pro, and automatic renewal

Pro costs $49 a month or $399 a year in US dollars, plus any tax. In the App Store the price is set in your local currency and shown before you buy.

Pro renews automatically at the end of each month or year, at the then-current price, until you cancel. On iPhone, payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase and on each renewal, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. On the web, your card is charged by Stripe at the start of each period.

4. Free first week

Every account gets Pro free for its first 7 days, counted from when it was created, without a subscription or a payment method. Nothing is charged and nothing renews when it ends: Pro features then require a subscription. A subscription bought during the free week is charged when you buy it.

5. Cancelling

  • Subscribed on the web: Account → Manage billing, which opens Stripe’s billing page, where you can also change plan or card.
  • Subscribed on iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions, or apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions. We cannot cancel an App Store subscription for you.

Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep Pro until the end of the period you have paid for. Deleting your data deletes your account and cancels a web subscription at once, without a refund for the rest of the period; it does not cancel an App Store subscription.

6. Refunds

App Store purchases are refunded by Apple, under Apple’s policies, at reportaproblem.apple.com. Web payments are not refundable, except where the law requires it, and a cancelled period runs to its end rather than being refunded. If something went wrong with a charge, write to us and we will look at it.

7. Price changes

We will tell you before a price change applies to your subscription. You can cancel before it does. In the App Store, Apple’s rules for price changes apply.

8. What the strategy is, and is not

Daily Strategy writes with AI models, from news gathered automatically and from your profile. What it writes can be wrong, incomplete, out of date or not suited to your situation. It is not financial, investment, legal, tax or other professional advice, and it is not a recommendation to buy or sell any security. You decide what to do, and you are responsible for what you do. Check anything important before you rely on it.

9. Your content

What you give us, and what your connected agents send, stays yours. You let us store and process it to run Daily Strategy for you, including sending it to the providers listed in the Privacy Policy. Only connect agents and give us material you have the right to share.

10. Fair use

Don’t use Daily Strategy to break the law, to get at other people’s data, to overload or probe the service, or to resell it. News stories link to their publishers, whose own terms apply to their content.

11. The service as it is

We work to keep Daily Strategy running and accurate, but we provide it as it is and as available, without warranties beyond those the law requires. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including decisions made on the strength of a strategy.

12. Ending

You can stop using Daily Strategy and delete your data at any time. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms. If we ever shut Daily Strategy down, we will give notice and stop renewals.

13. Changes

If these terms change in a way that matters, we will tell you before the change applies. Using Daily Strategy after that means you accept the new terms.
